eWrapz™ was created by Erin and James Carpenter out of a desire to minimize the environmental impact of gift wrap, while still creating a beautiful and elegant gift.  Erin had a love of presenting beautiful gifts wrapped in elegant paper with gorgeous ribbons.  She and James also had a love of the environment and were determined recyclers and conservers in all other facets of life.  One holiday, while wrapping several gifts Erin finally thought – these look great, but what a waste!  She realized that paper gift wrap was such a contradiction of her other beliefs.  To top it off, she and James were in the trash business at the time and saw first-hand how quickly the landfills were growing and how much was wasted.  So they started looking for a solution, but the only options on the market did not have the elegant look Erin was seeking.  So they sought out to create something better.  After several prototypes, the final eco-chic design for eWrapz™ was born!
