eWrapz Fabrics & Colors – Fabric used for solid organic reusable fabric gift wrap is 55% Hemp, 45% Certified Organic Cotton woven fabric.  Fabric for print eWrapz products (Any Occasion Prints and Holiday Prints) is 100% Cotton.  Natural colored ribbon is used for all eWrapz and is 55% Hemp and 45% Certified Organic Cotton.  Buttons for eWrapz are 100% coconut.  Slight weave imperfections and shade variations are characteristic of natural fibers and should not be considered defects, but natural quality enhancements.  Button face design and size may vary slightly as is characteristic of products made from natural materials.  Each button is unique and therefore markings will vary from button to button.  eWrapz are machine washable – cold, gentle cycle.  Tumble dry on low heat or line dry.  Low iron when needed.

Vintage Clothing – We do our best to carefully inspect all vintage clothing items for any imperfections (including stains, pulls, tears, missing buttons, etc.).  However, we are human and from time to time we may miss a minor imperfection here or there (though this rarely happens).  All of our products are sold “as is.”  It is also important to realize that these products are vintage (typically more than 25 years old) and in most cases are previously worn; therefore most will reflect varying degrees of natural wear.  We try to provide thorough descriptions of all of our products, but if you have additional questions about any specific item we would be happy to answer them to the best of our ability – submit questions to customerservice@ewrapz.com.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 7 business days and many orders will ship in less than 7 business days.

As a special service to our customers, we are pleased to offer free shipping on all standard domestic orders.  Free shipping offer applies to standard delivery orders within the continental United States only.  Regular shipping rates will apply for express domestic orders and international orders.

Please allow up to 5 business days for standard domestic shipping.

If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call or email us directly. Express orders may incur an expedited processing fee as well as a higher shipping charge for faster delivery.

If you have an international order, please call or email us directly to place your order and determine shipping charges.

Incorrect Shipping Information – If a package is returned to eWrapz due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. eWrapz is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by a customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages – eWrapz is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, eWrapz will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.

You will be given an order number when your order is submitted, and you will be sent a confirmation e-mail of your order. Unless a required coupon code is specified, all advertised discounts and sale prices are automatically calculated at checkout. Coupon codes may be entered just under the checkout button on your shopping cart. Discount codes are valid only when entered on the website before an order is submitted. Please do not click on the “submit” button if you have not entered a coupon code you wish to use. Coupon codes will not be honored after an order has been submitted.

30 Day Return Policy

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of package receipt in order to qualify for exchange or store credit. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. eWrapz is not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

When your items are received and verified to be in new condition, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees will not be credited.

Free Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.
